You get full access to all the features of WellPrept for a month, and you can upgrade to a full subscription at any time. The trial ends as soon as you upgrade. If you reach 30 days without upgrading, your WellPrept pages will no longer be viewable.

No. Once you sign-up, your credit card will be billed monthly or annually (depending on the plan you choose) automatically. You can cancel at any time with no questions asked. If you decide to cancel, you will be billed for the current period and your subscription will be closed. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment processing is handled by Stripe on their secure servers. All payments are in US dollars. 

Many of our users get receipts and successfully receive reimbursement from their employer. Your results may vary.

It does not. WellPrept lives (happily) outside the EHR. In a lot of ways, this is less of a headache (for you, for us, for your patients). 

Yes, WellPrept is fully HIPAA compliant. We implement all AWS HIPAA recommended strategies, including data encryption in transit and at rest.

Yes. We take data protection seriously at WellPrept. 

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (SSL) which prevents data hijacking.
• AWS security: Amazon web services, where the data is stored, is a leading global cloud provider with robust security measures (physical and network protections). We use AWS IAM for user access.
• Strict access control: Only authorized personnel with specific roles have data access, and this activity is logged and monitored. Principle of least privilege (PoLP) is followed.
• WellPrept does not sell or share data with third parties.
• Incident response: We have a plan in place to respond to security incidents.
• Data backups: Regular backups are performed to protect against data loss.
